- The product is incomplete
- The item received is different from what was described

- Must be in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Items without original packaging
- Hygiene-related items if seal is broken
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized / special-order items
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or store credit (based on your preference)
- Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is from our side (damaged, wrong, incomplete item):
DailyWholesale.pk covers the return shipping cost. - If the return is due to change of mind:
The customer pays the shipping fee.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
